Outdoor Safety Shower With Eyewash and Trace Heating – 4250 AW
The 4250 AW (All Weather) means business when it comes to outdoor emergency safety showers and eyewashes. Whether it is in sub-zero temps, UV-heavy locations, or unpredictable weather, this emergency shower and eyewash unit is ready for anything. We have placed these in numerous and varied environments from lifeboat stations through to cement factories.
The emergency shower offers frost proof features via IP rated trace heating and an insulated jacket. This emergency shower features a stainless steel eyewash bowl and stainless steel shower rose which is impervious to UV damage.
For ATEX requirements there is a Zone 1 and Zone 2 configuration available for this model. Please contact us for more information.

The 4250 (All Weather) is a fully trace-heated and insulated floor-mounted emergency safety shower with integrated and separate functioning emergency eyewash, built to perform outdoors . Its rugged design features a galvanised steel body coated in Rilsan and components that are built to withstand freezing temperatures and constant UV exposure.
– Fully trace-heated with a self-regulating thermostat
– Foam insulated high-visibility yellow jacket with adhesive and Velcro sealing
– Stainless steel shower head and eyewash bowl for durability in extreme conditions
– Weather / chemical resistant Rilsan-coated steel body
– Pull rod shower activation (locks in “on” position)
– Eyewash activated by push handle and foot treadle (linked by chain)
– 1¼″ inlet; recommended pressure: 2 bar (min. 1.5 bar, max. 8 bar)
– Thermostat auto-activates at 0°C, deactivates at 3°C
– 230V operation with IP65 rating
– ANSI, EN15154-2, and DVGW certified for compliance
