The Trace Heating & Insulation Kit is a dependable solution for maintaining the function of emergency showers in freezing environments or converting an existing Arboles emergency shower into an outdoor safety shower. With easy installation, automatic temperature regulation and compatibility across multiple Arboles models, it is ideal for industrial, laboratories, chemical plants and outdoor safety shower requirements.
Supplied ready terminated with an inline moulded thermostat. The thermostat is self regulating making it energy efficient and low maintenance.

This trace heating and insulation kit is designed for use with emergency showers to prevent freezing in harsh weather. Built with durable, weather-resistant components, it ensures safe, reliable operation even in sub-zero temperatures.
– Includes electric thermostat coil that clips onto pipework and valves
– High-visibility yellow insulating foam jackets with adhesive and Velcro seal for secure fit
– Thermostat activates at 0°C and deactivates at 3°C for energy efficiency
– Operating LED lights
– IP65-rated components and operates at 230V
– Available in custom coil lengths (please contact us for more information)
